Austin Binder, Jonnie and Zach in admissions went above and beyond today for an individual i am working with who was discharged from a higher level of care without a complete aftercare plan. They worked together and with me to ensure this individual did not find themselves with a lapse in treatment and nowhere to go for the night. from my first call to Austin to my last call with Jonnie was probably 45 minutes- intake complete, clinicals reviewed, acceptance given and a staff member stayed late to accept an afterhours admission.
